Inventory
An inventory is the binding legal document that provides an accurate written record of the condition and full contents of a property at the start of a tenancy. This includes furniture, decor, structural items, fittings, garden or outside space.

Check-In
Check tenants into the property at the beginning of a tenancy with a viable and non-biased inventory report. This ensures that the tenants thoroughly read and confirm the accuracy of the inventory that is provided of the property.

Check-Out
Check tenants out of the property. The check-out report compares the original inventory with the present condition and will detail any items that have been damaged or which require further attention or cleaning to bring back to a satisfactory condition. We always take into account fair wear and tear.

Mid-term Reports
Mid-term reports are a summary of the condition and cleanliness of a property halfway through a tenant's lease. This report will inform the landlord of any problems with the property and of any repairs that need to be done.

Deposit Negotiation & Disputes
Prior to the Tenant's Deposit Scheme, Inventory Solutions has always specialised in dispute resolution and mediation between landlords and tenants. Subsequently we are working with the various schemes to ensure a fair outcome for both parties.

Empty Property Inspections
Clients who do not wish to let their property, instruct Inventory Solutions to carry out regular inspections whilst they are away. Photographs are taken as a record of the condition of the property during this time.
